Program Details:

  • When you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email and access to the program materials (digitally - link good for 30 days) so you can start diving in and get prepped.
  • You'll receive a program reminder email a few days before we start. This will contain the private Facebook group link and another link to download files.
  • The Facebook Group will stay open so you have lifetime access in case you want to take yourself through the program again.
  • Kick-off and Wrap-up calls are pre-recorded and in the Facebook group for you to view when you have time.

Even if you feel great, it doesn’t hurt to have another opinion as you make your decision.  Explain that this detox eliminates common allergens and inflammatory foods, is based on fresh, seasonal whole foods, and does not require supplements. Your doctor will help you determine if this is right for you based on the current state of your health.  
    If you ever have any uncertainties regarding your state of health or already have a medical issue, or you are pregnant and/or breast feeding, consult your doctor before beginning any detox and cleanse program.
