That's why I offer a variety of classes from static yin to warm flow to heat-building HIIT...Whatever you need, there's a class for you.
WARM VINYASA

Get your glow on.
This Vinyasa flow generates just enough heat to give you that fresh yoga glow. With a balance of effort and ease this is the perfect challenge to energize your morning. This weekly class is worth adding to your schedule.
Class held at Yoga Central, Saturdays 9a-10a.
SLOW FLOW + YIN

Slow down and recover.
Slow Vinyasa pairs well with Yin yoga for the stress-releasing treat your body and mind crave. Offered twice a month so you can take time to recover from the stress and speed of day-to-day life.
Class held at Yoga Central, alternating Thursdays 6p-7p.
SOLAR HIIT FLOW

Build heat and burn calories.
This heat-building flow combines Yoga mindfulness with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The workout is fierce, fun and empowering...and creates an afterburn effect that can burn calories and fat up to 48 hours after your workout!
Class held at Yoga Central, alternating Thursdays 6p-7p.
